The Parish Council resolved in the last meeting to appoint an agent to handle the sale of the land. The Councils current position is that it wishes to secure three objectives:
- Best consideration in accordance with Section 127 of the Local Government Act 1972.
- The achievement of its objectives as set out in its policy statements in the neighbourhood plan.
- A development which otherwise complies with planning policy, national and local.
