The Chairman of the Council, its elected representatives, officers and staff are deeply saddened to inform you of the death of our Parish Councillor and District Council Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning, Cllr. Andrew MacNaughton, Ward Member for Ardingly & Balcombe. He will be greatly missed.

We have lost a dear friend and valued colleague and our heartfelt condolences go to his wife Jane his daughter Emma and the whole of the MacNaughton family.

Cllr. Andrew MacNaughton's distinguished period of public service to the people of Mid Sussex spanned over 34 years. He spearheaded many excellent projects during this time and left a legacy that will be remembered for years to come.
